LCB is committed to deliver ECB's Child Protection Policy. Further information can be obtained pertinent to clubs and individuals involved with children through cricket.
LCB supports the development of cricket in areas such as women & girls, disabilities, MEC and schools. CDMs and their staff assist delivery of programmes in these areas.
LCB & ECB player pathways provide opportunities for better cricketers from schools and clubs to play for their District and ultimately the County.
LCB recognises the importance of providing competitions at all levels and ages to promote development of players from grass roots through to County.
The LCB work closely with the Lancashire Girls’ District Cricket Partnership (LGDCP) – Junior Girls Cricket and Lancashire Women’s Cricket Association (LWCA) - Senior Women’s Cricket for the development of women and girls cricket within the County.
