The full constitution of the Lancashire Cricket Board is available to download. Also available are the LCB Financial procedures and LCB Committee procedures.
Please find the LCB County Development Plan 2003 - 2007. This plan is coming to an end and the Board is in the process of writing a new plan until 2010 with guidance from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to encompass ECB's Cricket Stretegy: "Building Partnerships 2005 - 2009".
The LCB have taken the bold decision to expand its operation and be ‘fit for purpose’ in this ever-evolving world of sport. This bold step will enable the LCB to deliver ECB’s National Strategy for Cricket “Building Partnerships”, up to 2010, which includes the delivery of 6 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
