What other help can you get?
The Lancashire Cricket Board has overall responsibility for developing cricket activity in schools and clubs in North West & North East Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside and West Lancashire.
The 3 Cricket Development Managers are the mechanism to deliver these initiatives - with the developmental targets laid down in the County Development Plan and the ECB's National Strategy.

Primary and secondary schools, clubs, district cricket and facilities are all crucial elements of a framework to provide children with the opportunity to experience the game, as well as a pathway for the more talented.
Numerous activities and resources have been developed, or are being developed, for boys, girls, disabilities, teachers and coaches.
ECB National Development Initiatives

The ECB Development Department's innovation and enterprise in launching new initiatives is paying dividends in reversing the decline in the numbers of school children playing cricket in England and Wales.
