Last Man Stands Ltd UK Operations Manager –Location: UK but may include travel outside the UK 37.5 hours per week – Salary: Circa £25,000 plus expenses and bonus scheme

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of UK Operations Manager to join Last Man Stands Ltd.

LMS is a global 8-a-side amateur Twenty 20 cricket game. There are currently over 20,000 players registered in 5 countries around the world and LMS Ltd is seeking to recruit a UK Operations Manager to facilitate, support and grow the Franchise market in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join LMS Ltd and the successful individual will play a significant part in the integral delivery partnership for increasing participation in LMS Cricket.

You will be a self-starter with strong inter-personal skills, capable of managing and delivering the role with the minimum of supervision. You will also have excellent administration skills. Training skills would also be advantageous . The successful candidate should be well organised and proficient in IT applications. You will ideally have some experience of building relationships with all levels of personnel. This position will require a flexible attitude to both working hours and activities as there will be a requirement for evening and week-end work.

Previous experience and knowledge of the Cricket environment would be desirable but not essential.
