Switchboard Operator & Courses Administrator
6-Month Fixed Term Contract at the Indoor Cricket Centre. Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm (35 hours / week).

Our Cricket Centre is at the forefront of indoor cricket practice with a facility that is admired and envied by those working in the game. The facilities are available to hire by anyone looking to practice and improve their play, with regularly programmed evening and weekend activities ranging from junior beginner lessons to County Age Group and LCCC Academy squads.
As the Switchboard Operator you will be the first contact at the Club for all telephone and email enquiries. The courses administration work will fit around the switchboard operation and require you to take bookings, process payments and send out confirmations.
This role will suit someone with previous switchboard experience, ideally with from customer interfacing environment. We are looking for someone who has the personality to match the role; someone who can multitask and work under their own initiative. You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate good organisational skills. The ability to use a variety of IT packages is essential.
