Lodge Receptionist

Permanent Full Time - 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Hours between 7am & 11pm.

Lancashire County Cricket Club is a prestigious international and county cricket club, with a hotel on site, along with facilities offering extensive conference, banqueting and corporate hospitality. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our existing Reception team on a permanent basis.

Receptionists work in the Lodge Reception, checking in and out guests, handling all reservations, telephone enquiries, desk enquiries and email enquiries, along with serving on the Lodge bar.

You will also be required to fulfil some Main Reception duties such as handling all enquiries, visitors, and dealing with post.

It is essential that candidates must have previous reception experience, dealing with customers, ideally coming from a hotel environment.  You must also be able to demonstrate that you can deal with customers, with a conscientious attitude to providing excellent customer service.
