Senior Project Activator
Our partners the LCCC Foundation is the official charity and community arm of Lancashire County Cricket Club and aims to “Inspire Communities through Cricket”.
They are seeking to appoint a critical new post to drive the Foundation forward and help to deliver our ambitions.
The individual they are looking for must be highly motivated with the experience and desire to help the Foundation in achieving its mission to be recognised as a leading sports charity.
Your role will be to develop and coordinate the delivery of a programme of activity across Trafford and Salford, working with a range of partners, as part of the ‘Sporting Foundations for Life’ project. You will work closely with the community in selected target areas to identify a number of Community Champions and support them through a programme of training to ensure sustained activity. You will foster sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure the successful activation of the Project Delivery Plan.
You will have practical experience of project and programme delivery, development and management. You will be an enthusiastic individual with a passionate belief in making a real difference to the lives of individuals and local communities. You will have experience of working as part of a team and of managing staff and volunteers.
