Portico Day Nurseries Sponsors West Lancs CDG
Portico Day Nurseries are delighted to be sponsoring West Lancashire Cricket Development Group.
The West Lancashire Cricket Development Group (WLCDG) brings key local groups and people that come together to promote, deliver and develop cricket within the local authority of West Lancashire. It is a voluntary group led by all the clubs within the borough and supported by the Lancashire Cricket Board to increase and sustain participation in cricket through a coordinated approach to club cricket whilst also providing a representative cricket programme that links into the LCB Excellence Programme.
The sponsorship with Portico Day Nurseries enables the group to provide their squads with new kit for the forthcoming season and beyond adding to the professionalism and prestige of playing representative cricket for the borough. This support also enables the WLCDG to invest much needed funds into other programmes related to the development of grass roots cricket across West Lancashire.
Nicole Politis, Director of Portico Day Nurseries, said: “This new affiliation is a perfect brand fit for us, promoting youth development and healthy lifestyle. We are looking forward to a great partnership.”
James Cutt, LCB's Cricket Development Coordinator for West Lancashire, added: “The West Lancashire Cricket Development Group were delighted to secure sponsorship from Portico Day Nurseries and it is fantastic that a local organisation is supporting cricket in West Lancashire. The new kit look great and the financial support we have received will increase provision of cricket across West Lancashire going forward.”
