TMG CRB Forms for ECB
Please be advised that as from January 2009 the ECB will no longer be accepting old ECB CRB application forms.
Since the transfer of ECB CRB applications to their external company TMG CRB in Nottingham on 1st October this year, the ECB have still been getting the odd old ECB application form coming in which have processed.
However, any old ECB CRB application forms received as from the new year will be returned to the applicant immediately asking them to re-complete a new application on the new TMG application form.
The only exceptions will be forms that may have been received prior to October 2008 which had been returned to the applicant and that form is only being sent back to the ECB now or in the new year - i.e. ongoing applications prior to October 2008.
The ECB are also still getting TMG applications sent to them at the ECB. All TMG applications need to be returned to TMG in Nottingham at the address provided in the guidance notes.
All old ECB application forms should be destroyed and thrown away and only TMG application forms used / sent out.
