Surface Water Drainage Charges

United Utilities (UU) have recently publicised information about Surface Water Drainage Charges available from their website.

In brief the statement affords Clubs the opportunity to apply to be charged on rateable value rather than under the new regime.

Whilst it states on the UU website that it is for CASC clubs the form can be used by any Club that meets the arbitrary definition established by UU.
