The Lancashire Cricket Board (National Governing Body for cricket in Lancashire) want to promote the game of cricket at all levels through partnership of the Professional and Recreational Cricketing bodies and all other appropriate agencies within Lancashire. Development Plans The LCB have continued to expand its operation and be ‘fit for purpose’ in this ever-evolving world of sport. This has enabled the LCB to deliver ECB’s old National Strategy for Cricket “Building Partnerships”, up to 2010 and will continue to deliver the new ECB Strategic Plan 2010 - 2013, Grounds to Play. This includes the delivery of 6 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A new LCB plan will become available soon in 3 parts, which include, the LCB Improvement Action Plan, ECB Quantitative Targets and LCB One Year Action Plan. These plans will be written in line with the new ECB Strategic Plan 2010 - 2013, Grounds to Play. Archive Plan: Please find available to download the full LCB County Development Plan 2007 - 2010 (154 Kb) which has been written with guidance from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to encompass the old ECB's Cricket Stretegy: "Building Partnerships 2005 - 2009". LCB Board Structure The LCB is governed by the Executive Committee elected from various bodies within Recreational Cricket in Lancashire.
