Our Cricket Centre offers 5 lanes of indoor facilities for players of all ages and abilities throughout the North West of England. The facilities allow for the most up-to-date coaching and practice sessions. The centre caters for any age and cricketing ability, in an environment which focuses on the requirements of the customer. We are looking to recruit an experienced cricket coach. As the Lead Coach you will have responsibility for leading all coaching programmes run from the cricket centre, along with assisting the Cricket Centre Manager with the smooth running of the centre. Key responsibilities include: *Write, deliver and lead all courses – graded nets, holiday courses, specialist courses, residentials. *Appoint and manage all part time coaching staff. *Production and collection of coaching material. *Responsible for the security of the centre, ensuring safe environment for customers. *Maintenance of cricket equipment – safety, storage and ordering where required To be considered you must be ECB qualified to Level 3, an experienced coach, with proven experience of being able to write and deliver creative coaching programs. You must also have previous experience of managing and motivating staff, with the ability to lead a group with confidence, professionalism and personality. You should also be confident, articulate with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
