LCB County Performance Programme - Meet the Team

One of the core remits of the Lancashire Cricket Board is to find and develop
future players for the Lancashire County Cricket Club and hopefully England.

In order to achieve this, the LCB have a Performance Programme which develops
squads in the following areas:
*Lancashire County Boys U10s- U19s 	*Lancashire County Girls U11s-U17s
	*Emerging Players Programme 	*Lancashire Senior Women’s Squad 	*Lancashire
Disability Squads
There are over 30 coaches and managers involved in this programme and the
Management Team Profiles gives an overview of the personnel working within it.
Meet the Team - LCB County Performance Programme (280 Kb)
Stephen Titchard the LCB Performance Manager leads on the Emerging Players
Programme, the County Boys U10s-U16s and the Women / Girls programmes. John
Stanworth the LCCC Academy Director leads on the County boys U17s - U19s, the
LCCC Academy and the LCCC Colts.
The LCB also work in conjunction with the Lancashire County Cricket Club to feed
players into the:
