In an enlarged fixture list the boys will play fixtures against North East Wales, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and a double header against Yorkshire before taking on Buckinghamshire, Cornwall and Surrey at the Taunton Festival in July. LCB Performance Manager Stephen Titchard said: "We broke new ground last year and met all of our expectations. It was a very successful and enjoyable season for everyone concerned. The boys are now training in the Under 11 Development squad with some staying with the Under 10s for another year." As last year, nominations will be sought from Clubs and Cricket Development Groups when the second round of age group nominations is launched later this month. Nominations are sought in respect of boys aged under 10 at 1st September 2012 and under 10s Head Coach Stephen Critchley is hoping for a big response. He addess: "A large number were put forward last year and we were delighted at the standard. Although these youngsters are only just starting out in the game of cricket it is clear that there is plenty of young talent in the County and we are ready to see them all."
