The Skills Programme for the girls is run slightly different to the boys where a small group of girls is selected in each of the disciplines. They will then attend 4 2 hour sessions to work on their skills, understanding their game and develop as cricketers. There will be level 3 coaches on hand to guide the players. The Skills Programme sits just below the Emerging Players Programme (EPP) and gives the coaches a chance to assess the players for their readiness for the EPP. The players below have been selected by squad coaches, Jen Laycock (W&GCDO) and Steve Titchard Performance Manager.
