Timely Reminder for Cricket Clubs
A reminder to all cricket clubs.
Paul McGuffog, a former police officer and Chairman of Stretford CC, has requested to post this for the attention of all cricket clubs in Lancashire.
There could be a spate of Cricket Club break-ins up and down the county. Stretford CC has suffered losses of a strimmer and a mower when their equipment storage sheds were broken into recently. The sheds were securely locked and the culprits must have come well prepared.
This is a timely reminder to all clubs as the long winter nights set in, to make sure that all their outbuildings and pavilions are made as secure as possible and are inspected regularly by club members.
