County Girls U11, U13, U15 & U17 Nomination Form 2011

The Lancashire Cricket Board are pleased to make available below to download County County Girls U11, U13, U15 & U17 nomination forms for the 2011 season.

These forms need to filled in as thoroughly and accurately as possible to help the decision making process for the squads' managers / coaches. Remember the form needs to be endorsed by either the Cricket Development Managers, Community Cricket Development Coaches, County Coaches or the CDG Chairpersons.

NB: Any players that played last year will not require to be nominated again.
