I have purchased tickets for the 2020 Australia IT20 match and I want these to be transferred to the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match. What do I need to do?
You do not need to do anything. Your Australia tickets will be transferred to the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match at Emirates Old Trafford. If you selected to receive Print at Home tickets, these will be available in your online account HERE. If you selected TIXnGO, your tickets will be updated in the app and if you selected printed tickets, these will be posted to you. All tickets will be sent or available to download approximately 4-8 weeks prior to the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match.
On what date will the Pakistan IT20 take place at Emirates Old Trafford in 2021?
We hope to have confirmation from the ECB on 2021 match dates later in the summer.
If, once the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match date has been confirmed, I cannot attend. Will I be able to get a refund?
Yes. Once the date for the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match are confirmed we will contact all remaining Australia ticket holders with a process to request a refund.
Will my tickets be in the same seats for the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match as for the 2020 Australia IT20 match?
Yes. Your match tickets will be transferred to the same seats for the 2021 IT20 match.
Will I get a refund if my seats for the Pakistan match are cheaper than the same seats for the Australia match?
Yes. Any difference in ticket value will be credited to your customer account that can used to purchase tickets or hospitality packages at Emirates Old Trafford.
Can I move my tickets to a different area of the ground for the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match?
Yes. Once the date for the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match are confirmed we will contact all remaining Australia ticket holders with a process to request a move. All moves are subject to availability.
I want a full refund on my tickets for the 2020 Australia IT20 match. How can I claim a refund?
Please visit THIS PAGE to claim a full refund on your 2020 Australia IT20 match tickets. The deadline for submitting a refund claim is 31 August 2020.
When can I expect my refund?
We aim to process refunds within ten working days of receipt of the refund request. If you paid by credit or debit card in full, the refund will be sent back to the original card that was used for payment. If you paid by any other payment methods, e.g. PayPal, customer credit, rewards4cricket points, cheque, cash or mixed payment, you will receive a credit on your account that can then be used against any ticketing or hospitality product at Emirates Old Trafford.
The card I used for the original payment has now expired, will I still receive a refund into my bank account?
Yes, as long as the account number is the same, you will receive your refund back to your account.
I am a Member, but I did not buy any tickets for the 2020 Internationals. When will I be able to buy tickets for the 2021 Internationals?
Once the dates for the 2021 International matches are confirmed we will contact all Members providing full details on how you can secure 2021 International tickets
I have tickets for the 2020 Australia IT20 match, and I am a Member, but I haven’t received any emails regarding my tickets. What do I do?
If you have not received an email, please contact the Ticket Office via firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will be able to look into why you have not received an email.
I have tickets listed on Lancashire Cricket’s ticket exchange platform. What will happen to these tickets?
These tickets will be moved from the ticket exchange platform and transferred onto the 2021 Pakistan IT20 match. If you are unable to attend the 2021 Pakistan IT20 Match, please visit THIS PAGE to claim a full refund
I purchased a 2020 Membership as I wanted access to 2020 IT20 match tickets. I want a refund on the tickets and also want to cancel my Membership. How do I do this?
