Members' Survey: Have your say
At Lancashire Cricket Club we are committed to improving our offering to Members. In order to assist us with this process we would like to invite you to complete our latest survey that we will use to directly inform improvements in 2020 and beyond.
Following feedback from the Members' Representative Group, the annual Members Survey will be split into three shorter surveys to encourage more Members to provide their feedback. The surveys will be split into the following areas:
- December 2019 - Communications and Engagement
- April 2020 - Memberships, Ticketing and Retail
- August 2020 - Catering and Operations

As a thank-you for taking the time to give us your feedback, all completed surveys received before the closing date will be entered into a prize draw to win a £20 retail voucher to be used in the Lancashire Cricket Official Store.*
The closing date to complete and return the survey to us is Tuesday 31 December 2019 and an update on the results of the survey will be published within the Membership section of the Lancashire Cricket website and in Spin Magazine.
