2020 Test Match FAQs

I have purchased tickets for the 2020 Pakistan Test match and I want these to be transferred to the 2021 India Test match. What do I need to do?

You do not need to do anything. Your Pakistan tickets will be transferred to the 2021 India Test match at Emirates Old Trafford. If you selected to receive Print at Home tickets, these will be available in your online account HERE. If you selected TIXnGO, your tickets will be updated in the app and if you selected printed tickets, these will be posted to you. All tickets will be sent or available to download approximately 4-8 weeks prior to the 2021 India Test match.

I have tickets for Day One of the Pakistan 2020 Test match, will I be allocated the same day, regardless of day of the week, for the India 2021 Test match?

Yes. If you have tickets for Day One for Pakistan these will be transferred to Day One for India, (Day Two for Day Two, Day Three for Day Three etc.), regardless if this falls on a different day of the week (i.e. a Thursday rather than a Friday).

On what date will the India Test match and Pakistan IT20 take place at Emirates Old Trafford in 2021?

We hope to have confirmation from the ECB on 2021 match dates later in the summer.

If, once the India 2021 Test match dates have been confirmed, I cannot attend. Will I be able to get a refund?

Yes. Once the dates for the 2021 India Test match are confirmed we will contact all remaining Pakistan ticket holders with a process to request a refund.

Will my tickets be in the same seats for the India 2021 Test match as for the 2020 Pakistan Test match?

Yes. Your match tickets will be transferred to the same seats for the 2021 Test match.

Can I move my tickets to a different day or area of the ground for the 2021 India Test match?

Yes. Once the dates for the 2021 India Test match are confirmed we will contact all remaining Pakistan ticket holders with a process to request a move. All moves are subject to availability.

I also have tickets for the 2020 Australia IT20 at Emirates Old Trafford. Will these tickets also be transferred to the 2021 Pakistan IT20?

The original date of this fixture has been postponed and we are awaiting a revised schedule from the ECB. Once we have an update from them, we will be in touch with all ticket purchasers to update them. You do not need to do anything at this time.

I want a full refund on my tickets for the 2020 Test match. How can I claim a refund?

The deadline for refund requests has now passed, however if you would like to discuss your options please email ticketoffice@lancashirecricket.co.uk or call 0161 868 6868 Option 1 to speak to one of the Ticketing Team.

I want a full refund on my tickets for the 2020 Test match and I have completed the online form. When can I expect my refund?

We aim to process refunds within ten working days of receipt of the refund request. If you paid by credit or debit card in full, the refund will be sent back to the original card that was used for payment. If you paid by any other payment methods, e.g. PayPal, customer credit, rewards4cricket points, cheque, cash or mixed payment, you will receive a credit on your account that can then be used against any ticketing or hospitality product at Emirates Old Trafford.

The card I used for the original payment has now expired, will I still receive a refund into my bank account?

Yes, as long as the account number is the same, you will receive your refund back to your account.

I am a Member, but I did not buy any tickets for the 2020 Internationals. When will I be able to buy tickets for the 2021 Internationals?

Once the dates for the 2021 India Test match are confirmed we will contact all Members providing full details on how you can secure 2021 International tickets

I have tickets for the 2020 Test match, and I am a Member, but I haven’t received any emails regarding my tickets. What do I do?

If you have not received an email, please contact the Ticket Office via tickets@lancashirecricket.co.uk and the team will be able to look into why you have not received an email.

I have tickets listed on Lancashire Cricket’s ticket exchange platform. What will happen to these tickets?

These tickets will be moved from the ticket exchange platform and transferred onto the 2021 India Test match. If you are unable to attend the 2021 India Test Match, please visit THIS PAGE to claim a full refund

I purchased a 2020 Membership as I wanted access to 2020 Test match tickets. I want a refund on the tickets and also want to cancel my Membership. How do I do this?

If you would like a refund for your 2020 Pakistan Test match tickets, please visit THIS PAGE. 2020 Members of the Club will receive many benefits if they remain as Members into 2021 to thank them for their loyalty and support in such a difficult year.
